We design websites, set up booking systems and provide website maintenance for businesses. The specific work, pricing and timeline for any project are set out in the proposal or agreement we provide to you. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Proposals and drafts

Proposals and website drafts are provided free of charge and without obligation. A draft is a preview and may include sample text, images or placeholders until your project is confirmed.

Using the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by trying to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for anything unlawful.

Content and ownership

The Site's design, text, graphics and logos belong to Trimega Software or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. Sample and example designs shown on the Site are for illustration only.
